    Read the announcement

The group’s fee schedule is revised with effect from 1 August 2026. The main changes concern the current account maintenance fee, now set at 150 G per month and waived for members of a MOFEMTÈD savings group or of an association affiliated with CAPAH, and out-of-network withdrawals, reduced to 50 G on the debit card. Cash deposits, transfers within the group and receiving a Zantray transfer remain free of charge. The full schedule is available on the Rates & fees page.

Summer campaign: agricultural loan applications now open

Seasonal loan applications are accepted until 31 July, with repayment deferred until the harvest.

    Read the announcement

Seasonal agricultural loan applications are accepted at all branches in the South until 31 July 2026. Loans range from 15,000 to 500,000 gourdes over six to twelve months, at an indicative rate of 12% per year, with repayment deferred until the harvest is sold. The farmers’ association’s endorsement replaces a land guarantee. CAPAH advisors help put applications together free of charge during their field visits.

  • Security

Reminder: we will never ask for your code by phone

Several SMS phishing attempts have been reported in the South. No BACCA employee will ever ask for your PIN.

    Read the announcement

Fraudulent messages are circulating that invite customers to “unlock” their account by sharing a code received by SMS. No BACCABANK employee will ever ask for your PIN, your password or a verification code, whether by phone, by message or in a branch. If in doubt, do not call back the number that contacted you: dial the customer service number shown at the bottom of this website yourself. Any unrecognised transaction must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Compliance

    Annual compliance report published

Internal control has submitted its annual report to the Board of Directors. No major reservations were raised.

    Read the announcement

The annual internal control report was presented to the Board of Directors on 10 April 2026. It covers the application of the prudential rules of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti, know-your-customer obligations and the anti-money laundering framework. No major reservations were raised. Two recommendations are being implemented: improving the traceability of transactions carried out by Zantray agents, and formalising the ex-post review of loans granted in branches below the 500,000 G threshold.

The Zantray network passes eighty licensed agents

Twenty-two new agents have been licensed in the rural communes of the South since January.

    Read the announcement

The network of licensed Zantray agents now numbers more than eighty service points in the rural communes of the South and the North. Every agent displays their licence number and always issues a numbered receipt, backed by an SMS confirmation from BACCABANK. If you have any doubt about an agent, call customer service before handing over any cash.
